I found myself working with a beautiful horse named Taffy, who had been experiencing discomfort and tension in her body.
Over time, Taffy began to understand the connection between her breath and her body. The discomfort she had been holding onto started to dissipate, replaced by a newfound sense of ease. By simply holding space and being present with my breath, I was able to guide her through her discomfort, helping her realize that she could let go of the tension and embrace a more relaxed state.
In that moment, it became clear how powerful breath can be—not just for us, but for our equine friends as well. Together, we created a beautiful exchange of trust and understanding, allowing our horses to find her way back to some comfort and peace.

Finding The Right Horse - the search for a Dream Horse!
Finding The Right Horse -
Horses, like humans, have their own personalities and temperaments. It is crucial to find a horse whose temperament aligns with your riding style, experience level, and overall goals. A horse with the right temperament for you will not only make riding more enjoyable, but also safer and more rewarding.

Cold Feet and Open Hearts
Purchasing equestrian property has been one of the most rewarding decisions my husband and I have made. We spent years boarding our horses at local barns and equestrian centers. Some of our boarding experiences left much to be desired, while others provided exceptional care and encouraged us to pursue this dream. We took the leap and purchased our cozy equestrian property 4 months ago! With cold feet, and open hearts we have never been more exhausted and excited to start this new chapter.
To own our space, not only means we make every decision regarding care and maintenance, it also means we have the opportunity to hold down a space for others who may not be ready to take on such a HUDGE endeavor. Create an equine environment that promotes generosity, unity, integrity, emotional safety and trust. Both horses and humans will find this space invaluable!
